Podere Caserelle Farm House practices only biological agriculture.

This choice has been made some years ago because of our deep respect for nature and its natural cycles and it brought to choose to rear native breeds of Chianina beef cattle and Cinta Senese pigs.

Breeding methods respond to current regulations on biological breeding. We give special attention to the well-being of our animals which live in a wild state in proper corrals and they are fed with biological products.

In our farm we produce also biological olive oil which can be bought directly.

Our respect for environment drove us to choose to install photovoltaic panels which provide us enough energy to meet the farm needs and to sell it: in this way we can contribute to air pollution reduction.
